Denmark local Libby Foster introduces you to people, activities and resources to reassure you that trying new ways to be as healthy as possible, for as long as possible, will support you in living your best life.

What the Health will help you reach further and be proud of your efforts to take care of your wellbeing.

Libby retired to Denmark after a long career in health and then discovered that she wasn’t finished so worked in two more health-related positions. Life-long learning, curiosity and a love of our community won’t let her quit!

Health promotion is her jam.

She’s a long time gardener and late comer to dancing.
